We aren’t going to be going this summer, but last year we took an *amazing* trip to San Antonio — loved every single minute of it. Every single minute.
The first part was a little confusing though, because there are three Marriotts within about a mile of each other. We stayed at what I think was the best choice for us because it was right on Alamo Road and we were right by the River Walk — the Marriott Plaza.
The room was great, they had a fruit and cheese plate and drinks waiting for us in our room, the balcony and its view was terrific…just everything. Shugie approved:

We had supper one evening by walking down Alamo Road to at Rosario’s which was really good.
The boys *loved* the Alamo. I’m not sure exactly why, but they thought it was the best thing ever.
