Happy Mardi Gras!

Shug is a great helper at making king cake:

(we used a little bit of the dough in cupcake liners to make baby king cakes!)

I’m not going to post the recipe yet because I’m still perfecting it, but I made this one with a cream cheese and pecan filling.  Yum!  Happy Mardi Gras!
