Hugo, Oklahoma calls itself ‘Circus City’ — it’s been home to the Kelly Miller Circus since 1938 — they’re still touring. The city is also home to the second-largest Asian elephant population in North America, the Endangered Ark Foundation, also started by the Miller family.
