The Farmer’s Market And The Possessed Hand Blender

We went to Bentonville for three main reasons, one of them being Crystal Bridges, but when we walked downtown, not only did we come upon a really great farmer’s market going on:

We came home with some really great challah from the market too.

…right on the town square is the WalMart museum.  Never one to pass up a museum…

The entrance is on the right-hand side in the pic above, which gives the impression inside and out initially of entering the old-fashioned Walton’s 5-10:

The Americana aspect was played up along with the idea of this little store becoming a global…well, what else…behemoth. Love it or hate it, WalMart is what it is.  The museum: a ten-minute walk thru.
