Alabama Public Radio put out a new piece, ‘30 Years of Dining with Frank‘ last week, about Frank Stitt and his restaurants/cookbooks/influence.  In honor, pics of one of my favorite dishes at his Chez FonFon, the shrimp and avocado salad with remoulade:
