Caper and Garlic Rack of Lamb

Last night for supper, I made rack of lamb for the first time – it was wonderful!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. capers
8 anchovies, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
fresh-cracked pepper
1 rack of lamb

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450*.
I mixed together the first five ingredients in a bowl, and spread it on the rack (I just put it in a huge Corningwear dish):

…and set it in the 450* oven for about 32 minutes. That cooked the lamb to medium-rare:

It was really nice!
