Hampton Inn, Grenada

Room: The Grenada Hampton has rooms with exterior doors, which I’m not wild about. The room’s furnishings were okay, but when the room was renovated (to hang the headboards on the wall), the wall wasn’t patched correctly so that you can still tell, even in this pic, that paintings used to hang above the beds.

Lobby: Average.

Service: Average.

Food: We didn’t try the breakfast that comes with the hotel stay.

Extra: We wound up staying here after calling around to get a room in Tupelo from any of the three nicer hotels there, but they were all booked.
